In the use of the tacking bra shoulder strap loop.The mani pulator will cut the long elastic tape into short one,then send the short elastic ta pe to the needle position to tacking,and fold the tape into a loop,than second ta cking.Reduce 30%loss of elastic tape.to enhance the efficiency of sewing and qualification rate.
